Transcript

Open an existing project or create one, then select its card to open Graphical Storyliner. This is the main tool for outlining, planning, and organizing a book. Its Horizontal view supports overall project management, while two Vertical views support detailed outlining from different perspectives. Each chapter can have a title, annotation, and topics. The title may be visible in the publication; annotations and topics are private planning information. Writers can add, delete, and reorder chapters. Storyliner renumbers reordered chapters while preserving their creative titles. Planning details remain editable as the project develops. The main writing container in a chapter is a grain. Grains hold the text that becomes part of the published book and let writers build and organize a chapter piece by piece.
